Clients who typically seek out my services are looking for support in making dietary and lifestyle changes for greater health and well-being. Many of my clients are struggling with either gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular disorders, chronic pain, chronic inflammation and/or weight issues. Having battled Cancer and Depression myself, I have developed a passion for the work I do in providing support, encouragement, education and guidance in finding their healing.
I’m a true believer that the body can heal itself and that sometimes we just have to get out of our own way! We must take a proactive role in getting healthy and staying healthy – I am passionate about helping others achieve that.
I take an integrative approach to my coaching, meaning we will take a look at not only what you put into your body nutritionally, but also what other hidden barriers could be preventing you from reaching your goals. Is your job less than inspiring? Are you in an unhealthy relationship? Are you lacking a meaningful spiritual practice? When you are lacking in any of these areas of your life you experience a hunger that cannot be satisfied by food alone. I will help you find a holistic balance that will infuse joy and satisfaction back into your life enabling you to break down barriers and regain your health and wellness.
I also believe in bio-individuality, meaning there is not one diet for all. We are all made individually and uniquely, and what might be ‘medicine’ to one person may be harmful to another. We must learn to listen to our bodies to find out what is right for us.
I hold a Culinary Arts Certification from United States Air Force
I am a Registered Nurse and After 15 years in the corporate world, I left my profession to pursue my passion in health coaching and cooking to live . I have been practicing for approximately four years working with adults and adolescents.WHY I LOVE THIS WORK
Having developed a passion for health and wellness through my own battle Cancer , Depression and Weight . I decided to take what I’ve learned in my personal journey and turn it into a fulfilling career. I feel beyond blessed to wake up every day to do what I truly love. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients and support them in achieving their optimum health and healing. Nothing is more rewarding than to see a client overcome obstacles, break down barriers and find true healing from the inside out.

I decided to stop eating meat as of January 1st. On January 20th, I decided to take it a step further and eat a plant based diet. I was encourages by my friend, Mel to do her 21 Day Vegan Program .She was looking good and full of energy, and I wanted that for myself. My brother had also transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle and he was doing just as well.
I was 8 months postpartum and still 30 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed on a daily basis. I thought, why not give it a try! I had headaches for three days and felt so hungry (my body had become accustomed to overeating and consuming toxins). After that, everything improved! Over time, I started to feel light, have energy, my bowels were very regular (I know, TMI) and my skin and mind were clear. It took less food to fill me up and I no longer felt stuffed or heavy after eating, but satisfied.
I breastfeed my daughter and have seen major improvements in her skin
and mucus production.
I have also lost 20 lbs in 2.5 months by only changing my diet. I have not worked out at all...due to having an infant, working and not making the time. However, with diet alone and taking my supplements (sea moss, black seed oil, etc.) I feel amazing and can only imagine how implementing exercise will further boost my immune system and overall well-being! I continue to use Mel’s supplements and eat her vegan meals.
I am beyond satisfied with it all...
the food is amazing , the recipes , the support and she has the best tasting sea moss I have ever tried (elderberry infused)! I will continue to support her because I am now a true believer in a holistic, plant-based lifestyle! Her program is worth the purchase .

Girrlll! You would be so proud of me. My friends and I started doing healthy meal preps and swaps. AND I'm taking my vitamins/sea moss daily..... and drinking about a gallon of water daily. It's super crazy right now, but ima try incorporating home exercises 3 evenings/week. Thank you for being hard on me and pushing me to do better for my health. Love you girl!💙
There is no denying a plant based diet is the healthiest way to live . It is easey to say I want to be healthy yet the work is gruesome ,especially when you have been taught your whole life to eat a certain way . I have taken the guess work out of Vegan.
