GROW TOWARDS WELLNESS

The average  Adult spends 48 hours at their place of employment . They spend another 8 hours a week prepping to go into their place of employment ie , ironing clothes , driving and getting dressed etc. etc.  Therefore the Workplace has to be the  Base Ground of Wellness . We care about The Total Person . Wellness is so much more than what we put in our mouths its our thoughts , actions and wellbeing. Workplace stress is at an all time high , the pressure to produce the most in the least amount of time . We incorporate all aspects of wellness to reach a common goal ,Total Body Wellness. Healthier employees means less FMLA , Increase in Productivity and Less turnover. 

Truth is Weight is the leading factor in disease and it  is so much more  to being healthy than just loosing weight.  Diets  and Challenges come and go come . We incorporate real life skills that produce real results that turn into habits. We tackle the ,   " the why"  of bad eating habits, negative thinking and lack of exercise . We evaluate the needs of the company , implement solutions and evaluate the the results with a common goal to produce a Healthier , Happier Workforce and drive down Medical Costs and increase ROI's on new hires.
